Your merchandise should always arrive in perfect condition but in the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, or an item you do not care for, we will gladly replace or refund the undesired items within 30 days of purchase.

Note: Please observe the return/exchange guidelines below

1. Client has 30 DAYS to return or exchange product for a refund or exchange.
2. Sun Salutations, Inc. will NOT reimburse shipping costs.
3. Client MUST PROVIDE ORIGINAL RECEIPT FOR REFUND! If a receipt does NOT accommodate a requested refund, we will gladly EXCHANGE the undesired item for a new one.
4. No store credits will be issued.
5. Sun Salutations, Inc. will only accept returns and exchanges from orders purchased through our website. All other return or exchanges MUST be made at the original place of purchase.
